Our Crisis Stabilization Sessions are designed to provide focused, immediate support to help you regain control and move forward.
What Is a Crisis Session?
A crisis session is a structured, short-term intervention focused on emotional overwhelm, acute stress or panic, relationship or life events, grief or sudden loss, and situations where you feel you can’t handle this right now. This is targeted support to stabilize you quickly.
What to Expect
We will identify what is happening, regulate emotional intensity, create a clear plan, and help you leave feeling grounded and in control.
Session Options & Fees
- Crisis Stabilization Session (therapeutic hour ~53 minutes) — $155
- Extended Crisis Session (therapeutic extended session ~80 minutes) — $233
- We can also bill BCBS and UHC insurance.
Who This Is For
- Individuals feeling overwhelmed, dealing with sudden stressors, or needing immediate clarity and stabilization.

Insurance & Payment
We can bill Blue Cross Blue Shield and UHC insurance. Clients are responsible for any remaining balance. Payment is due at time of service.

This service is therapy-based crisis support only. Medication management is not provided. We do not prescribe or adjust medications.
