I'm so glad you're here. If anxiety, trauma, grief, or unexpected loss have you feeling like you are lost in a fog, I am dedicated to walking alongside you to a much clearer path. You do not have to suffer alone or in silence. Because I believe healing begins with authentic connection, I am passionate about creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship rooted in radical empathy and mutual respect.
I have been a mental health professional for 7+ years, working primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My holistic approach to therapy takes the “whole” person into consideration to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strength.
I believe growth and success take place when clients are heard, empowered, and safe to freely communicate. Therefore, I will always welcome you into a warm, judgment-free environment with unconditional compassion and occasional lighthearted humor. I look forward to our time together.
