        Tiffany Lequieu, BS, MA

        Office Manager

        Tiffany brings a unique blend of psychology, business development, and process improvement to Pearl Behavioral Health Services. With a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and extensive experience in program development, training, and organizational strategy, Tiffany plays a vital role in ensuring our services run efficiently while maintaining a client-centered focus.

        Her background in psychology, combined with her expertise in operations management, allows her to optimize processes, improve patient engagement, and enhance the overall client experience. Tiffany is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that remove barriers to mental health care, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors receives the highest level of support.

        Dina Wilson, BS, MS

        Support Coordinator

        Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling

        Bachelor of Science in Biology

        Dina is a highly experienced mental health professional with a strong background in crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral health. With a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Fort Valley State University, Dina has spent over two decades providing direct support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

        Her experience includes serving as a Social Science Specialist for the Veterans Crisis Line, where she implemented suicide prevention strategies, conducted psychological assessments, and provided psychoeducation to veterans and their families. Prior to that, Dina worked as a Guidance Counselor, offering individual and group counseling, career guidance, and social-emotional support to students. She also has extensive experience in utilization management, ensuring quality care and effective resource allocation within behavioral health systems.

        Dina’s expertise in crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and program development allows her to provide comprehensive mental health care tailored to each client’s needs. At Pearl Behavioral Health Services, she is committed to fostering a safe, supportive environment where individuals can receive the guidance and care they need to thrive.

        Jessica Atchley, AS

        Support Coordinator

        Associate of Science in General Education

        Jessica brings a wealth of organizational expertise and administrative leadership to Pearl Behavioral Health Services. With a strong background in office management, finance, and customer service, Jessica ensures that our practice operates efficiently, allowing our team to focus on providing high-quality care to our clients.

        Jessica’s analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make her an integral part of our team. Her experience in project planning, scheduling, and office operations ensures that our clients receive seamless support from their first appointment to ongoing care. With an Associate of Science in Education and a passion for continuous learning, Jessica has balanced her professional growth with homeschooling her children, demonstrating adaptability, organization, and dedication.

        At Pearl Behavioral Health Services, Jessica plays a key role in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, helping clients feel welcomed and supported as they embark on their mental health journey.

        Alicia Winkle Davila, MA, LPC-S, BC-TMH, CSOTP

        Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor

        Master of Arts in Community Counseling

        Bachelor of Science in Psychology

        Alicia has over 14 years experience in the mental health field and is licensed as a professional counselor in both Alabama and Georgia, with supervising privileges in Alabama. Alicia also is a Licensed Mental Health Clinical Counselor in New Hampshire. Prior to receiving her LPC, Alicia worked in residential and lock-down facilities, providing direct care for adolescents. She is trained and certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Alicia completed her licensure while working with registered sexual offenders and is a Certified Sex Offender Treatement Provider (CSOTP). Alicia is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitzation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy by an approved EMDRIA trainer.

        Since receiving her licenses, she has provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a multitude of mental conditions. In addition to providing individual therapy, she was previously a crisis screener in a local emergency department and a clinician for adult intensive day treatment for clients suffering from serious mental illnesses.


        She also worked for Talkspace, an online mental health company out of New York City, as the Director of Clinical Quality. Among other responsibilities, Alicia assisted in strategic planning and created automated processes to grow the network of providers from 200 to over 4k clinicians. As a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider, Alicia has provided online HIPAA compliant therapy since 2015, as well as developed telemental health specific training material and conducted continuing education training on navigating and facilitating telemental health therapy.

        Alicia has had the opportunity to work directly with Dr. Irvin Yalom in regards to group therapy, dreamwork, and benefits of telemental health therapy, specifically an in depth look at the benefits and differences between face to face and telemental health therapy from both of their experiences.
