Crystal Gray, MA, LPC-S

Master of Arts in Community Counseling
Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a graduate of the University of North Alabama. She has been providing counseling to all ages since 1996. Crystal loves to work with clients that are motivated to make a change and see a shift in their lives by putting in the work it takes. Crystal challenges her clients to take responsibility for their actions in order to improve their overall wellbeing. She has worked with clients experiencing life changes such as grief and loss, divorce, relationship issues, as well as those with symptoms of ADHD, depression, trauma, anxiety, and psychosis.
Crystal has experience in a variety of settings including the Children's Advocacy Center in Florence where she worked as an Education Specialist; Case Manager and Outpatient Therapist at Wellstone Behavioral Health in Huntville; and an outpatient therapist at North Central Alabama Mental Health Center. In addition to providing services on an outpatient basis, she served as the SMI Adult Day Treatment Coordinator at the Athens Limestone Counseling Center. Most recently, Crystal has provided counseling to clients on an outpatient basis at Integrated Behavioral Health in Decatur.

Jessica Brown, MA, LPC

Jessica earned her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2012 from Regent University and went on to get her LPC in 2022. She has over a decade of experience providing counseling services in numerous settings including private practice, school, and hospice. Jessica ensures a safe, warm, and empathic environment where clients can explore their challenges and collaboratively work towards health and healing. She uses an integrated therapeutic approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to best fit her clients.
Jessica works with clients ages 18 and older dealing with grief/loss, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, social anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, perfectionism, stress management, codependency, postpartum depression (PPD), and burnout. Jessica is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

With a direct yet nurturing demeanor, I guide my clients through their personal growth journey, providing support and encouragement every step of the way. Using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I will tailor interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs. I seek to help clients through issues including, but not limited to, unresolved childhood trauma, cycle-breaking parenting, perfectionism, depression, and anxiety. I believe in the innate resilience of individuals and work to help them cultivate the skills and mindset necessary to lead fulfilling lives. You are capable of healing. I am here to support and guide you.

Ranelda “Lea Lea” Woods, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twelve years of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges. Clinical work reflects a compassionate, grounded, and client-centered approach developed through extensive experience in community-based, in-home, and outpatient settings.
Professional experience includes providing individual, group, and family therapy, along with intensive in-home services and comprehensive case management for adults with complex mental health needs. Previous leadership and coordination roles involved oversight of specialized services across multiple counties, ensuring compliance with Alabama Department of Mental Health and Medicaid standards through peer review, record audits, and quality assurance processes.
Clinical strengths include treatment planning, crisis support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and management of high-acuity caseloads. Known for strong clinical insight, attention to detail, and effective communication, Ranelda works to create a supportive and structured environment where clients can address challenges and build sustainable coping strategies.
In addition to clinical practice, Ranelda remains actively engaged in community service through volunteer work with local outreach organizations and civic initiatives throughout Limestone County.

Christian Barnes is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals navigating life’s challenges. A graduate of the University of North Alabama with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Christian blends evidence-based practices with a genuine passion for helping others thrive emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
Christian has completed practicum and internship training in a private practice setting, where he supported clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. With a strong foundation in collaboration and critical thinking, he approaches counseling with empathy, accountability, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey.
Before entering the counseling profession, Christian built leadership, communication, and adaptability skills through his experience as a collegiate athlete and graduate assistant in residence life. His background includes working in educational and public engagement roles, including at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, further strengthening his ability to connect with diverse populations.
Christian is especially passionate about fostering positive therapeutic environments and supporting mental wellness in both individuals and communities.
